These review guidelines (the “Guidelines”) apply to any use of FORORY website by our community, such as forory.com (“our Website”). We refer to users of our Site throughout the Guidelines as “you” and “your”.
A. You can write a review on FORORY about a business if you have had a buying or service experience with that business, which means that:
I. you have invested or purchased a service from a business, an organisation, a web service, etc. (“the Business”), or
II. you have placed an order with the Business, or
III. you can otherwise document your use of the company’s service, including via correspondence or other interaction with the Business.
(these are collectively referred to as “Investing or Service Experience” in the following.)
B. You may only write about your own personal Investing or Service Experience. You are not permitted to write a review about somebody else’s Investing or Service Experience, such as that of a family member or friend or significant other.
C. You may not write a review about a Business you have previously owned, currently own, or which an immediate family member currently owns, or if you are an executive or employee of that Business, or work for the Business. Similarly, you may not write a review about a direct competitor to the Business you own, are employed by or work for.
D. To write a review on FORORY, you need a user profile and confirmed account. You may only have one user profile and account. This must be attached to a valid email address that we can use to contact you directly.
A. Your review should be about your Investing or Service Experience.
B. You are encouraged to be specific and factual, and include relevant points about your Investing or Service Experience, for example the customer service and other aspects such as the ordering process and delivery.
As a general rule, we do not remove reviews from our Website. However, we reserve the right to remove reviews that we determine violate these Guidelines, our terms and/or applicable laws or regulations, or reviews that are inappropriate for an online review community. Examples of when we may remove your review include, but are not limited to:
A. Your review doesn’t appear to be based on a genuine Investing or Service Experience.
B. Your review is about an imposed tax or a fine.
C. Your review violates other people’s or businesses rights, including intellectual property rights, rights of privacy/confidentiality and/or personality rights.
D. Your review is of a marketing nature or has marketing purposes.
E. You are, or work for, a competitor to the Business you have reviewed.
F. You are an employee of (or work for) the Business you have reviewed, you are or have previously been an owner of the Business, you are an executive of the Business, or an immediate family member to the company’s owner.
G. You have created multiple profiles to review the same Business multiple times.
H. Reviews that are being offered in exchange for personal gain, such as gifts, services, or money, will be removed. We reserve the right to reject specific content for any reason. We do not allow reviews that contain links to external websites.
4. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
We may at any time and without notice make changes to these Guidelines. We will notify you about such changes via our Website. You agree that your continued use of the Website or our services after we have posted a new version of these Guidelines constitutes your acceptance of them.
